SHIPPING AND RETURN
SHIPPING
Once the order has been completed and paid for on our online store, it will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. The package will be delivered within 1 to 10 business days.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Packages are sent by Purolator service and come with a tracking number.
IT MAY BE THAT IF YOUR PACKAGE ENTERS IN AN ENVELOPMENT, YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED WITH CANADA POST without a tracking number.
If this causes you a problem, write us a comment in your order.
– Regular option WITHOUT signature: if you live in a house, a place deemed safe, a dwelling without an apartment number or if you cannot be present at the reception. For this option, please note that we are not responsible for the loss or theft of your package and under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we reimburse your purchase and/or delivery. If you take the package WITHOUT signature and by bad luck the package arrives in a bad condition, we are not responsible for the loss or damage of the item.
– Option WITH signature: if you live in an apartment building or an area deemed unsafe. For this option, if you are not at home when the delivery attempt is made, the delivery person will leave you a notice and you will have to pick up your package at the assigned counter within 5 days. If you do not respect this delay, the package will be returned to us and it will be your responsibility to pay for the return shipping fees and the new shipping fees.
AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS
It is important to know that we do our best to keep our online inventory up to date. However, it is possible that an item you have ordered may not be available. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible if there is anything that prevents us from delivering your order.
DELIVERY
Online purchases are usually shipped by Purolator or Canada Post Express when they meet weight and size constraints.
Delivery in Canada, USA and Europe.
Tracking your order: Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number from Purolator or Canada Post.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
No refund.
Our policy lasts 10 business days. If 10 business days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, accompanied by its packaging as received.
Several types of products cannot be returned, not all personalized items can be returned.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your claim.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if any)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to info@odyssey-video.com and send us your item to the address we will give you at that time.
Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift-giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift-giver and they will know that you have returned the item.
Shipping
To return a product, you must send it by mail to the address we will provide you.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
